Our Philosophy on Personal Information Protection

Marketing Voice Ltd. (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our") engages in business activities centered on marketing support. The personal information we acquire from our customers and employees throughout our business activities (hereinafter "personal information") is a crucial information asset for the individuals concerned. We recognize that it is our important social responsibility to ensure such personal information is protected.
Therefore, we will handle personal information acquired through our business activities in accordance with the policy below, ensuring our customers' and employees' peace of mind and fulfilling our social responsibilities concerning personal information protection.


  1. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
    • We will acquire personal information only through fair and legal means.
    • We will use personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
    • We will obtain the relevant individual's prior consent before providing their personal information to a third party.
    • We will not use acquired personal information other than for the purpose of use. We will also take measures to ensure this is implemented.
    • If it becomes necessary to use the personal information for other purposes, we will do so only after obtaining the relevant individual's consent regarding the new purpose of use.
  2. Laws, Regulations, Guidelines, and Other Norms Established by the Government (hereinafter "laws and regulations")
    • We will strive to maintain a thorough understanding of laws and regulations concerning personal information handling. Furthermore, we will ensure all employees engaged in our business (hereinafter "employees") are aware of and will comply with such laws and regulations.
  3. Security Management of Personal Information
    • We have established and are maintaining a system for taking prompt corrective measures to ensure the safe management of personal information, aiming to prevent exposing personal information to various risks, such as unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and damage.
    • We will conduct inspections and promptly correct any violations or accidents we discover, and take preventive measures against vulnerabilities.
  4. Complaints and Consultations
    • We have established a personal information inquiry desk for complaints and consultations regarding our handling of personal information, building a system that enables us to respond to such inquiries promptly and in good faith.
  5. Continuous Improvement
    • Our personal information protection management system protects personal information by monitoring/auditing compliance with internal rules concerning personal information protection as well as detecting violations, incidents, accidents, and vulnerabilities, implementing measures to ensure the personal information is not used outside the purpose of use, with the system being subject to review by our management. We will reflect these in our management policies and internal regulations and continuously strive to improve the personal information protection management system.
    • We will make improvements in accordance with laws and regulations and JIS Q 15001.
