We surveyed and analyzed the travel attitudes of Japanese consumers, who are highly interested in travel, with and after COVID-19, and prepared a report with data that can be used to promote tourism in ASEAN member countries. We also conducted a webinar based on the report for involved parties.

Client Issues

  • The client wants a balanced survey between the sexes and ages of general consumers who are very interested in travel (those in their 20's to 60's)
  • The client wants to conduct a survey that can present practical results for ASEAN tourism professionals (receiving side) and Japanese travel agents (sending side).
